Not All Brokers are Created Equally
We cannot stress enough the importance of choosing a Broker that is regulated and licensed by an independent institution or authority. In doing so you can be sure in the fact that they will be required to adhere to defined standards of conduct, both in the way they run their operation and in how your funds and account is managed.
To place Forex orders and trades, most Brokers will require you to download and install their version of the popular MT4 trading platform, essentially acting as your interface between the markets and your Broker.
We look for Brokers that are regulated and licensed with third party institutions such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), responsible for Brokers and Exchanges operating within the UK, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) who are responsible for the US.
